Adaptive Home Health, LLC seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) — Field Clinician to deliver skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes across Texas, under RN/clinical supervision. This is a full-time, field-based role with some weekend coverage as needed.
The LVN will perform assessments, coordinate care, and educate patients and families while using our charting and scheduling tools to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
