Position SummaryPosition:

Fort Worth, TX
Compensation: $15–18/hour
Hours:
10 hours/week

Shift:
Patient's needs include 10 hours per week – flexible schedule, perfect for supplemental or PRN opportunities.
- Provides direct patient care within the patient's home, under the direction of the RN, and according to the Aide Plan of Care
- Appropriately reports changes in the patient's condition to the RN/the care team and documents pertinent information
- Practices in accordance with accepted infection control principles, providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Provides necessary assistance to patients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, proper nutrition, and adequate fluid intake
- Promotes positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients/clients, caregiver(s), families, and other employees
- Provides assistance to patients with safe transfers and ambulation per the Agency policies
- Completes yearly education hours
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- 1+ year(s) of experience in direct client care, or has provided home health services within the previous 24 months
- Current CPR certification
- Willingly undergo TB testing
- Dependable transportation
