Compensation: $15–18/hour

Hours:

10 hours/week
, flexible schedule

Shift:
Patient's needs include 10 hours per week – flexible schedule, perfect for supplemental or PRN opportunities.

• Provides direct patient care within the patient's home, under the direction of the RN, and according to the Aide Plan of Care
• Appropriately reports changes in the patient's condition to the RN/the care team and documents pertinent information
• Practices in accordance with accepted infection control principles, providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Provides necessary assistance to patients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, proper nutrition, and adequate fluid intake
• Promotes positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients/clients, caregiver(s), families, and other employees
• Provides assistance to patients with safe transfers and ambulation per the Agency policies
• Completes yearly education hours

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
• 1+ year(s) of experience in direct client care, or has provided home health services within the previous 24 months
• Current CPR certification
• Willingly undergo TB testing
• Dependable transportation
