This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule:
Shift: 9 AM - 9 PM Requires one night a week and two weekends during the contract period. Varied shift times may include 8 AM - 8 PM, 9 AM - 9 PM, or 10 AM - 10 PM.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). Ideal candidates will have experience in post-surgical care and a strong commitment to patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures.
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Assess patient conditions and report significant changes to the medical team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during the recovery process.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Must have ICU or PACU experience.
- ACLS certification preferred.
