Join us at Connect Pediatrics as a Weekend (Sat-Sun) Days & Nights Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN or LVN) in Fort Worth, TX and surrounding Tarrant County areas. • Maintain a 1:1 patient/nurse ratio
• Choose your schedule (part-time, full-time, PRN)
• Work regular shifts (8-12 hours)

• Provide skilled nursing per physician’s plan of care and maintain compliance through real-time charting
• Administer medications, feedings, and treatments as prescribed
• Build professional relationships with patients and families
• Assist in in-home patient assessments and care coordination

• Current Texas nursing license (LVN or RN)
• CPR Certification
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required; training provided to ensure proficiency
