Center Well Senior Primary Care in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (VSP) for an on-site outpatient clinic. You will diagnose illnesses, provide treatment, prescribe medications, and promote health maintenance while exercising independent judgment under supervision.
The role requires 2+ years as an NP in outpatient primary care or value-based care, a Bachelor’s degree, and an unrestricted NP license. Availability for at least 3 days per week and 40 hours weekly is expected.
