What you’ll do as a home health LVNAs a home health LVN, you visit patients across the Fort Worth area and deliver hands‑on care under an RN’s direction. Typically, your day includes:
- Taking vital signs and monitoring patient progress
- Administering medications and treatments
- Providing wound care and other skilled tasks
- Teaching patients and families about their care
- Documenting each visit accurately and on time

What we’re looking forFirst, you need an active Texas LVN license. In addition, we look for the following:
- At least one year of nursing experience (home health is a plus)
- A valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
