As a home health LVN, you visit patients across the Fort Worth area and deliver hands‑on care under an RN’s direction. Typically, your day includes:

• Taking vital signs and monitoring patient progress
• Administering medications and treatments
• Providing wound care and other skilled tasks
• Teaching patients and families about their care
• Documenting each visit accurately and on time

First, you need an active Texas LVN license. In addition, we look for the following:

• At least one year of nursing experience (home health is a plus)
• A valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
