Texas Health Resources in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department. This full-time night shift (7 pm – 7 am) delivers care in a Magnet facility with Level III Trauma Center status.。
You will deliver care using the Nursing Process, perform assessments, plan and intervene, and coordinate transfers as needed. Required credentials include RN licensure and BCLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC/NIHSS/CPI training; ED experience preferred.
