Texas Health Resources, Inc. invites you to join the Med Surg Tele Department as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Fort Worth. This full-time night shift 7 PM–7 AM includes weekend and holiday requirements, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.
Our 38-bed unit provides general med/surg care including pulmonary, infections, renal, wounds, and patients with cardiac drips, chest tubes, and TR bands. Expect a fast-paced, compassionate environment and collaboration with outstanding colleagues.
