Nurse Manager Neuro PCU

The Nurse Manager Neuro PCU is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Neuro Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Nurse Manager Neuro PCU will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.

• Supervise and manage the nursing staff in the Neuro PCU
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote patient safety, quality, and satisfaction
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of nursing staff
• Manage the budget for the Neuro PCU
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the nursing staff

• Current RN license
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree in nursing (MSN) preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a progressive care unit (PCU)
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
