Dialysis Registered Nurse, RN

Provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions
Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented outpatient dialysis environment

• 12+ months of RN experience
• 6+ months of dialysis experience with patient interaction in the last year
• Current RN license and CPR certification
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook
• Ability to work consistent, predictable schedules, typically 3 to 4 days per week, including early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays

Demonstrates expertise in providing life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease, coordinating patient care plans, and supervising clinical staff in a fast-paced outpatient dialysis environment. Holds a current RN license and CPR certification, with a strong focus on patient interaction and relationship building.
