Job Summary:

Arbor Lake Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a key member of our leadership team, the Assistant Director of Nursing will play a vital role in driving clinical excellence, staff development, and patient satisfaction. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the nursing department
• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, teamwork, and patient-centered care
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet departmental needs
• Collaborate with other departments, including administration, therapy, and support services, to ensure seamless delivery of care

• At least [ YEARS ] years of experience in a nursing leadership role
• Current RN license and advanced degree in nursing administration or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Certification in nursing administration or leadership (e.g., CNA, ANCC)
