REGISTERED NURSE – BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
Fort Worth, Texas | Per Diem | $43/Hour
Make a meaningful difference in behavioral healthcare. Corner Stone Medical is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a behavioral health facility in Fort Worth, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for per diem flexibility while providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals in a behavioral health setting.
Per Diem Shifts Available: Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM. Every other weekend required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to behavioral health patients
- Assess and monitor patients and communicate changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Support patient safety and maintain a therapeutic environment
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and behavioral health best practices
- Active Texas RN License
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- BLS certification
- Handle With Care certification
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Strong communication, assessment, and patient-care skills
- Experience working with behavioral health patients preferred
- $43/hour
- Per Diem flexibility
- Day & night shifts available
- 12-hour shifts
