** The RN, Transport will function as a team member while upholding the mission, vision and values of Cook Children's Health Care System. This person will work in collaboration with RTs and Paramedics, in providing cares to the Neonatal and Pediatric population in all modes of transport, including ground ambulance, rotor wing and fixed wing aircraft. This person must possess critical thinking skills while practicing sound judgement throughout the transport process in varied settings.

The RN, Transport will be self-motivated and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.

* ** Our Transport team at Cook Children's is a highly specialized team that cares for the highest acuity of neonatal and pediatric patients. We currently have 8 ambulances, 1 helicopter and 2 jets. Orientation is approximately 6 months. No On-Call but every other weekend requirements.*
