American Traveler is hiring a Case Management RN for a Neuro Step Down unit, requiring at least one year of acute care case management experience and a TX or compact RN license.

• Work on a 40-bed Neuro Step Down unit within the Case Management department
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Patient ratios of approximately 1:20-30
• Uses Meditech and Careport EMR systems
• Varied case management assignments may require floating

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• At least 1 year of recent acute care case management experience required
• Experience with Meditech and Careport preferred
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential preferred
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Collaborate with a small team including a social worker to manage patient care coordination
• Ideal candidates are self-starters who are solution-focused and collaborative
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position
• First-time travelers may be considered
