Landscape Construction Laborer
Job Description

The Landscape Construction Laborer supports the crew by performing hands-on landscape construction work. This position works under the direction of Crew Leaders and Project Managers to complete commercial landscaping projects safely, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial landscape construction and general labor tasks
• Follow directions from Crew Leaders and Project Managers
• Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and correctly
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
• Communicate clearly with crew members to support teamwork and safety
• Take care of all tools, equipment, materials, and uniforms
• Attend required training classes or certifications as instructed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Experience in landscape construction or general labor preferred
• Hardworking, dependable, and reliable
• Driver licensed preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic with a "can-do," no-excuses attitude
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Willing to learn and grow in the landscaping field
• Honest, trustworthy, and service-oriented
• Physically able to lift, bend, and perform manual labor safely
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required

Physical Demands:
