We are hiring an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our INCREDIBLE team!

The PARC Vet is a 24/7 animal hospital that offers Wellness Care and 24/7 ER/critical care in a 25,000‑square‑foot facility. • Help strengthen relationships with clients by greeting them and their pet; help new clients complete registration and notify them of expected wait times.
• Educate clients and answer non‑medical inquiries.
• Maintain client relationships and service standards by responding to phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed; monitor email and faxes regularly.
• Schedule appointments, including in‑office diagnostics, and communicate with referring hospital staff to access patient records. Create appointment reminders and reschedule missed appointments.
• Maintain computer records with up-to-date client and patient data, verifying each patient upon entry to the hospital.
• Maintain front desk, reception area, waiting areas, and exam rooms in a neat and clean manner.
• Ensure financial responsibilities are met: review charges for services on completion or discharge, and reconcile cash drawer with computer‑generated reporting.
• Guide, mentor, and support fellow team members.

• Customer service experience and at least 1 year experience in veterinary medicine are highly preferred.
• Knowledge of veterinary triage highly preferred.
• Great communication skills; team oriented with the ability to collaborate and support each other.
• Outstanding multitasker.
• Must be able to work rotating weekends and certain holidays.
• Desire to practice empathetic, gold‑standard medicine benefiting our patients.
• Are paw‑positive, kind and provide trustworthy communication to patients, team members and clients.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have the desire to constantly grow and advance as a valued member.
