, we’re committed to improving animal health globally—and we’re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and elevate our Quality Systems within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

This is a leadership role with real impact. You’ll oversee CAPAs, deviations, audits, and vendor quality programs, while coaching a high-performing QA team and driving a culture of quality across the site.

• Lead QA operations with a strong presence on the factory floor.
• Manage CAPAs, deviations, audits, and vendor quality programs.
• Drive continuous improvement and update policies to maintain compliance.
• Participate in internal/external audits and regulatory inspections (FDA, EMA).
• Coach and mentor the QA team on quality systems and audit readiness.
• Track and present quality metrics to support management reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to promote a quality-first culture.

• 3+ years in pharmaceutical QA with GMP compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of CAPAs, deviations, complaints, and audit processes.
• Experience with FDA inspections and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
