Description:
Quality Delivery and Sustainment representative supporting F-16 Foreign Military Sales Flight Test Program
Responsibilities- Performing Aircraft Ground Damage Investigations
- Leading Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plans
- Performing Corrective Action Request Validations and Investigations
- Collaborating with multiple functions/departments to assure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Reviewing and creates Flight Test Processes and Procedures
- Completing Process Surveillances, Audits, and External Inspection Preparation
- Conducting process and product evaluations, assessments, and validates key process capabilities.
- Configuration Management of assigned Aircraft
- Possesses a Current Secret Clearance or above or able to attain an interim Secret Clearance to start

Basic Qualifications- Root cause analysis and corrective action experience
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications for development of quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for inspection and test of manufactured products
- Knowledge / experience evaluating risk when establishing new processes, automated controls and improvements
- Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
- Previous Quality Control/Assurance experience
- Green Belt, Black Belt, ASQ CQE or CMQQE training/certification
- Working knowledge of AS9100 and 8210
- Demonstrated quality science experience in the following areas: statistical analysis, statistical process control, sampling, six sigma, process auditing or validation, and supplier quality management
- Ability to design and analyze inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment
- Ability to interpret performance specifications and other systems integration technical data
- Demonstrated ability to work at all levels to identify and drive root cause corrective actions
- Demonstrated understanding of audit techniques
- Demonstrated presentation skills
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
