Job Overview
Supports development of quality plans and procedures in accordance with customer requirements for both make and buy items. Ensures conformance to company and regulatory standards. Initiates, reviews, analyzes and reports on quality‑related data/metrics from production, service, supplier or process improvement activities and analyzes them using statistical techniques. Interfaces as needed with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure process requirements are met.
Supports the development of disposition and corrective actions for recurring product/process discrepancies for both make and buy items. Reviews completed assembly, process, test, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical quality records to determine data accuracy, acceptability and completeness. Manages the quality records control process to ensure adequate accountability and traceability. Develops and maintains governing procedures related to records control. Supports product acceptance and delivery per established process.

Basic Qualifications- Previous knowledge in quality in a manufacturing, production, fabrication, or sustainment activities
- Knowledge of inspection tools and processes
- Knowledge of SFM/QADS/APRISO
- Experience working under and applying rules/regulations related to industry standards/government customers/engineering specifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
- Experience with inspection planning, nonconforming hardware processing, and corrective action development
- Experience in fabrication of parts, composites, electrical, paint, and tooling
- SAP experience in warehouse applications
- Familiarity with government/DoD customers
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g., CQA, CQE) or a related field
Requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen.
