Document Control Associate
The Document Control Associate position is responsible for quality and production documentation review, product release, and ensuring all customer/regulatory documentation requirements are communicated to the Quality Department and sent to the customer as required.
The position is based at Drink
PAK's Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

- Maintain and review data and documentation in Drink
PAK's Quality Doc Management systems. - Maintain and review data and documentation for both in-process and finished goods. Provide documentation to customers and Drink
PAK departments. - Work with groups within the organization to obtain up-to-date and accurate documentation supporting ongoing projects. Daily activities could support the new product introduction process, technical customer response, and other documentation.
- Work within established processes and procedures to improve the flow of information within Drink
PAK and externally with customers. Assist with the development of these procedures and processes. - Work with Quality leadership team on new product approval and customer requirements
- Work independently with various departments, including but not limited to Logistics, Quality, and Operations
- Always ensure the accuracy of data and documentation.

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- At least 2 years' experience working in a Document Control related role is required.
- At least 2 years' experience in the food industry required.
- At least 4 years' experience with customers, suppliers, and departments within a related role.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail oriented.
- Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations.
- The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms above the head and below the waist.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for 10-12 hours.
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
