QC Associate I
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)
Contract: 24-Month Contract extension or conversion potential
1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST

Pay:

We are seeking a motivated QC Associate I to support microbiology and environmental monitoring activities in a laboratory setting. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

• Process samples under aseptic conditions and within laboratory hoods
• Retrieve and deliver samples for incubation
• Perform environmental monitoring readings for air, surface, and personnel testing
• Enter and maintain accurate data within the LIMS system
• Support data trending and analysis activities
• Follow Good Documentation and Aseptic Practices at all times

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  (Biology or Microbiology background preferred)
• Previous laboratory or sample processing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fast learner with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Self-starter with excellent organizational abilities
