Schedule

What You'll Do

+ Perform lab testing to ensure product quality and safety

+ Conduct audits and process checks (weights, batch records, FSMA inspections)

+ Monitor and document results accurately

+ Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment

+ Follow GMP, SQF, and food safety standards at all times

Testing & Equipment

+ pH, titrations, viscosity, and color testing

+ Micro/biological testing and culturing

+ Moisture analysis, sensory evaluations, and more

Qualifications

+ Science degree OR lab/manufacturing experience

+ Open to entry-level candidates and recent grads

+ 1+ year of quality or lab experience in manufacturing preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on nights

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
