**** POSITION

DESCRIPTION:

** The Document Control Associate position is responsible for quality and production documentation review, product release, and ensuring all customer/ regulatory documentation requirements are communicated to the Quality Department and sent to the customer as required.

** The position is based at Drink

PAK’s Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
** TYPE:
** Full-time, Regular.
** RESPONSIBILITIES
* ** Maintain and review data and documentation in Drink

PAK’s Quality Doc Management systems.
* Maintain and review data and documentation for both in-process and finished goods. Provide documentation to customers and Drink

PAK departments.
* Work with groups within the organization to obtain up-to-date and accurate documentation supporting ongoing projects. Daily activities could support the new product introduction process, technical customer response, and other documentation.
* Work within established processes and procedures to improve the flow of information within Drink

PAK and externally with customers. Assist with the development of these procedures and processes.
* Work with Quality leadership team on new product approval and customer requirements
* Work independently with various departments, including but not limited to Logistics, Quality, and Operations
* Always ensure the accuracy of data and documentation.

*** QUALIFICATIONS
* ** Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
* At least 2 years’ experience working in a Document Control related role is required.
* At least 2 years’ experience in the food industry required.
* At least 4 years’ experience with customers, suppliers, and departments within a related role
* Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and a team player with all levels of the organization
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Detail oriented
