Rthmc is seeking a Venture Quality & Gates Analyst to own the quality assurance layer in their stage-gate pipeline. You will validate the completeness and quality of Proof Packs before venture advancement. This role reports to the VP of Operations and ensures that assessments are based on real evidence.
The right candidate will bring over 5 years of experience with early-stage ventures, strong skills in quality assurance, and the ability to communicate structured assessments effectively.
