QA Lab Technician

Our client, a leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a QA Lab Technician to join their team. As a QA Lab Technician, you will be part of the Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

and 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM rotating schedule

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform routine laboratory testing including pH, salt, color, drained weights, and viscosity measurements

+ Conduct environmental monitoring and allergen swabbing to ensure food safety compliance

+ Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as Food Scan and Mohr titration devices

+ Document test results accurately and enter data into SAP system

+ Support quality audits, calibration, and equipment maintenance activities

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience in Quality Assurance within a food manufacturing environment

+ Knowledge of food safety systems, GMPs, and environmental monitoring programs

+ Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and QA documentation

+ Proficiency in SAP and spreadsheet-based systems

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
