Manager, Quality
Develops, administers and maintains a Quality Assurance Reporting System. Overall responsibility for industry certifications, internal/external audits. Coordinates/Assists functional owners' development, update, implement, and support training on procedures, processes and other required activities related to Continuous Improvement (CI), Howell Instruments training program and Performance Metric Capture (PMC). Ensures that company products support documentation is in compliance with quality requirements and standards. Quickly and effectively solve systemic issues as they arise.
Job Responsibilities- Associates degree or equivalent experience in the Quality Assurance field preferred.
- Minimum ten years' experience with evidence of increasing responsibility in Quality Assurance field. Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office products. Minimum five years' experience working with and/or managing an AS9100 Quality System. Knowledge of FAA Part 21 and 43, and 145 Requirements.
- Must work well with all levels of management, customers, suppliers and FAA. Must possess excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills. Accomplished leader and decision maker. Ability to accept feedback, actively listen and work well under pressure.
