Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a full-time Supplier Quality Analyst Sr. In this role, you will be part of the LM Aero Supplier Quality Management (SQM) team, within the Quality & Mission Success (Q&MS) organization, and will be responsible for supply chain sourced product & service quality. The selected Quality Analyst Sr for this role will report to the SQM Operational Management team which functions as the integration and resolution point between SQM fielded personnel, suppliers & government providers, functional stakeholders (ex: supply chain, operations, quality, engineering, and/or program management) and customers (Program Office, DCMA, Owning Units), This position will utilize SQM's quality management system (QMS) to ensure quality at the source, material availability, and limited disruptions to internal and external customers.
Towards this, scope of responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, documenting, categorization, and mitigating risks within the QMS
- Creating, coordinating, updating, training, and approving QMS command media and related processes, handbooks, job aids, and video guides.
- Gathering, analyzing, and reporting performance management metrics and indicators
- Administering QMS systems and tools to enable automated execution of tasks.
- Inspecting and surveilling SQM's QMS execution to requirements
- Tactically resolving unplanned events across LM's value streams
- Investigating, containing, and performing root-cause and corrective action for process deficiencies in SQM's QMS and its application across LM's value streams.
- Supporting QMS continuous improvement projects that reduce cost & schedule of quality tasks and/or improve quality performance.
The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of quality management systems and their various tasks across value stream operations, and ability to interpret contractual and technical data to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions. Must be a US Citizen; this position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills- College degree or Equivalent job experience
- Quality management system understanding and quality science expertise in (one of): statistical analysis & process control, sampling, six sigma, FAI, PPAP, PFMEA, process auditing or validation, root cause analysis and corrective action validations, and supplier quality management
- History of collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
