* Description:

** Responsible for:

Supporting the Final Systems Checkout  J830  on the F35 Program  Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions

Responsible for resource allocation, work assignments and establishing/maintaining an effective business rhythm  Responsible for all aspects of quality for assigned area of responsibility  Communicates quality requirements, concerns and expectations

Active participant in risk and opportunity management processes  Ensures cost commitments and financial responsibilities are met

Ensures appropriate identification and flow down of quality requirements  internal and contractual  and effective implementation of quality requirements  Ensures effective implementation of quality management system within area of responsibility  Ensures effective implementation of a metrics program and actively address adverse trends  Ensures product acceptance and delivery per established process and program requirements

Skills:

* Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment

 Experienced in Quality Management Systems  AS9100, AS9102, AS9145

 Experience working with Government customers

 Effective Communication and Presentation Skills

 Strong business acumen

 Experience in establishing Performance Metrics for identifying process improvement

 Effective communication skills, i e , written, oral, listening and technical writing

 Experience in Root Cause Analysis and Effective Corrective Action Implementation

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
