Now Hiring QA Technician

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

If you've got sharp eyes and take pride in doing it right, this QA Technician job in Fort Worth has your name on it. You'll inspect, measure, and make sure every product meets the mark before it hits the floor.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a quality-focused production environment
  • Direct Mail experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 documentation and quality standards required
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations, security compliance, and postal regulations preferred
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
Job Duties
  • Review and verify job specifications, printed materials, and inserted output to ensure quality standards are met
  • Prepare and maintain job jackets for daily production projects
  • Perform ongoing quality inspections throughout the production process
  • Complete, review, and accurately log production paperwork and documentation
  • Monitor and maintain insert tracking systems to ensure accuracy and accountability
  • Perform postal processing functions, including marking completed jobs and generating daily reports
  • Identify discrepancies in customer specifications and recommend corrective actions
  • Escalate quality concerns and production issues when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards, HIPAA regulations, and security procedures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate quality records
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
