Position Summary:

*** We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Technician to support inspection, testing, and acceptance activities across incoming materials, in-process components, and finished medical devices. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality through adherence to established quality control procedures and standards.
* The Quality Technician will play a key role in verifying that components and finished goods meet predefined specifications and regulatory requirements. This position involves hands-on inspection work, documentation of results, and collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams to support consistent product quality and compliance.
* The ideal candidate is highly organized, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regulated manufacturing environment.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of devices, raw materials, components, packaging, and finished goods according to quality procedures
* Set up and execute basic inspection and testing processes while interpreting drawings, specifications, sketches, and work instructions
* Test, sample, and troubleshoot components, electronic devices, and raw materials to ensure compliance with requirements
* Determine acceptance, rejection, or escalation status of inspected materials and components
* Utilize measurement tools and inspection equipment to verify product quality and specifications
* Inspect workmanship, assembly quality, alignment, and installation accuracy
* Document inspection results, record defects, and maintain accurate quality records
* Perform final acceptance inspections of finished goods and ensure compliance with product standards
* Support final assembly of product kits, including accessories and labeling as required
* Ensure production output aligns with customer requirements and quality standards
* Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives as assigned by Quality Management
* Supports quality inspection activities across incoming, in-process, and finished goods stages
* Works closely with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Production teams
* Ensures compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
* Contributes to product release decisions and quality assurance processes
** Minimum Qualifications
*** Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
* 2+ years of relevant manufacturing or quality-related experience preferred
* Ability to interpret technical documents including drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
