About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer with expertise in Zeiss Calypso to support precision manufacturing and quality assurance operations. In this role, you will develop, optimize, and maintain CMM programs, ensuring dimensional accuracy and compliance with engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, validate, and optimize CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D models to create accurate inspection programs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and dimensional compliance.
  • Update CMM programs to support design changes and process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot CMM programming and inspection-related issues.
  • Prepare inspection reports and technical documentation using Microsoft Office.
  • Communicate inspection results and recommendations with cross‑functional teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of experience programming CMMs using Zeiss Calypso.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and dimensional inspection.
  • Experience developing and validating CMM programs for complex components and assemblies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CATIA and 3

    DEXPERIENCE (3DX).
  • Aerospace or rotorcraft manufacturing experience.
  • Familiarity with quality standards and precision manufacturing processes.
