F-Sr. Quality Engineer- Level 3

Description

This Quality Engineer supports the F‑35 Program Quality team in meeting program objectives and interfacing with customers.

• Communicate program performance, continuous improvement initiatives, and field customer concerns/needs.
• Conduct root cause analysis, corrective action, and closeout for production program issues/escapes.
• Ensure data integrity and analytics.
• Develop program‑level metrics and communications.
• Facilitate customer engagements and production floor integration.
• Coordinate quality alert bulletins and command media.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience performing root cause and corrective action.
• Customer interface experience.
• Project management skills.
• Experience working in a production environment.

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Ability to navigate complex product and process requirements to validate nonconformances and develop corrective actions with cross‑functional colleagues and customers.
• F‑35 product knowledge/build area experience; familiarity with F‑35 systems such as SFM, Apriso, LTII, etc.
• Black Belt / Green Belt / White Belt / PDCA.
• High energy, self‑starting, team player.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Programming/data visualization experience using Tableau, Python, VBA or similar.

Secret clearance required. Must be a US Citizen.
