Job SummaryClient is seeking an experienced and results-driven QA Manager to lead all Quality Assurance functions within a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment
This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems that ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and client's operational objectives
The QA Manager will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, and customers to drive continuous improvement, enhance product reliability, and support operational excellence.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, extensive quality management experience, and a proven track record in electronics manufacturing services (EMS), contract manufacturing, or related industries.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive quality experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, contract manufacturing, or related industries
- Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies, statistical analysis, and process improvement tools
- Experience managing customer audits and quality performance metrics
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional quality initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Minitab, ERP systems, and quality reporting tools.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), or equivalent certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience supporting Fortune 500 technology customers
- Experience with in telecommunications, networking, AI server, data center, cloud computing, or electronics manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with IPC standards, ESD controls, and electronics assembly quality requirements.
- Strong leadership and employee development capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and process controls
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively present quality performance reviews to executive leadership and customers
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fast-paced electronics manufacturing and office environment
- Frequent interaction with production personnel, engineers, managers, customers, and suppliers
- May require flexibility in work hours to support production schedules, audits, customer visits, and critical business needs.
