Electrical QA Manager – Data Centre Projects Overview
We are seeking experienced Electrical QA Managers to join our team, specializing in Data Centre and Mission Critical Projects. Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all aspects of QA/QC for electrical systems in data centres and other mission‑critical facilities.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and documentation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that all electrical installations meet the highest quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address quality‑related concerns and deliver exceptional results.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on electrical installations.
- Review project plans, specifications, and documentation to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with construction and commissioning teams to address quality issues in real‑time.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and client review.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on QA/QC activities.
- Ensure that all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
Proven experience in electrical QA/QC management, preferably within data centres, hospitals, or other mission‑critical environments. Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment and communicate with diverse stakeholders. Flexibility to travel for project assignments (for traveling roles). Relevant certifications or training in QA/QC processes are a plus.
BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ranging from $50 to $70 per hour, based on experience. Per diem allowance of $150 per day for traveling roles.
