* About this role:

**** The Quality Engineer ensures the quality of products and processes at a Carrier manufacturing facility, applying quality-control and improvement tools and supporting production lines.
***
* Key Responsibilities:

***** Develops and implements control plans and inspection methods.
* Performs root-cause analysis and problem-solving (8D).
* Supports process validation (APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
* Manages supplier quality and non-conformances.
* Supports pilot runs and production lines.
* Analyzes and reports quality KPIs (PPM, SPC, MSA).

* Required Qualifications:

***** Bachelor's degree.
* 3+ years of quality-engineering experience in a discrete/assembly environment.
* Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employer sponsorship is not available for this role.

* Preferred Qualifications:

***** Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Quality Engineering.
* Hands-on command of core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and control plans.
* Proven experience with root-cause analysis and problem-solving (8D).
* Experience managing supplier quality and non-conformances.
* Six Sigma Green Belt and proficiency with statistical tools (Minitab) preferred.
* Experience supporting new production lines.
* Proficiency with statistical tools (Minitab).
** Pay Range
** The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $ annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

** This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
