Maintaining the quality management system in accordance with part distribution industry standards AS9120B. Ensuring part distribution processes are conform ant to certificated standards, organizational policies, and customer requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Identify changes and areas for improvements to the Quality Management System, Quality Manual, and internal processes.
- Provide scheduled training to business units on Quality.
- Maintain training records
- Performs auditing, surveillance, and monitoring.
- Segregates and controls non-conforming items.
- Identifies non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
- Address suppliers and vendors for non-conform ant products received
- Maintain a satisfactory record keeping system
- Other assignable duties
- 3+ years working with AS91XX
standards - 3+ year working with an ERP system
- Experience in inspection methods and procedures
- Fluent in English (i.e. reading, writing, and verbal communication)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient PC skills and use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel and others)
- Equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience
- Aerospace Standard auditor certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- 3+ years working with AS91XX
