Quality Control Analyst Sr - E3

This Quality Control Analyst Sr. provides direct support to the 2nd‑shift inspection team, ensuring forward‑fuselage components meet all customer and regulatory requirements for both manufactured and purchased items.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Liaising with DCMA customer representatives to interpret and enforce contractual quality standards.

+ Supporting aircraft and material surveys, purges, and quality containments.

+ Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Developing, updating, and maintaining comprehensive quality plans, procedures, and records‑control processes.

+ Collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality‑related data/metrics from production, service, suppliers, and process‑improvement initiatives using statistical methods.

+ Collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to verify that process specifications are satisfied.

+ Initiating and coordinating disposition and corrective‑action efforts for recurring product or process discrepancies.

+ Reviewing assembled, tested, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical quality records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

+ Managing the quality‑records control system to ensure traceability, accountability, and proper documentation.

+ Supporting product acceptance and timely delivery in accordance with established procedures.

This role demands a strong analytical mindset, autonomous initiative, effective communication across multiple stakeholders, and a deep commitment to upholding company and regulatory quality standards.

** Basic Qualifications*
* + Minimum 2 years of aerospace quality experience in a manufacturing or maintenance setting.

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

+ Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.

+ Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, technical data, and work instructions to ensure compliance and product integrity.

** Desired Skills*
* + Proven experience with the F‑35 program or comparable military‑aircraft platforms.

+ Hands‑on familiarity with manufacturing execution and enterprise tools, including SFM, VAS, Apriso, and PDM systems.

+ Direct involvement in Final Acceptance and Safety‑of‑Flight inspections.

+ Strong customer‑interface abilities, capable of communicating technical requirements and status updates effectively.

+ Demonstrated capacity to multitask and operate independently in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.

+ Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, with practical experience using Tableau.

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling) and confident creation of professional PowerPoint presentations.

* Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
