About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quality Operations Specialist to support aviation quality systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, repair station documentation, training content, and regulatory compliance processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), risk mitigation, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Develop, maintain, and revise Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and processes.
• Update and maintain Repair Station Quality Manuals, Training Manuals, and associated documentation.
• Create and revise procedures supporting FAA repair station operations and compliance.
• Manage employee training records and update training content within learning management systems.
• Track, monitor, and support Quality Escape investigations and RCCA activities.
• Support risk assessment, mitigation planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and technical training.
• 7-10 years of quality, compliance, or quality systems experience.
• Experience developing, revising, and maintaining internal procedures, process documentation, and training materials.
• Previous experience supporting a 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station.
• Strong understanding of FAA regulations and aviation quality requirements.
• Experience with Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), risk assessment, and mitigation processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and Visio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience supporting aviation Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience creating and delivering employee training programs.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and project management methodologies.
• Experience interacting with government agencies and regulatory organizations.
• Background supporting quality system implementation or repair station expansions.
• Experience with quality process improvement initiatives in aerospace or aviation environments.
