Cedar Brook Property real estate investment company is seeking an exceptional candidate to join the team for the position of Real Estate Investment Analyst

The Real Estate Investment Analyst will play an integral role in the underwriting, acquisition, repositioning, and sale of single-family residential real estate across Bayview’s proprietary sourcing channels. In this role you will work closely with senior investment professionals and receive extensive training, with the opportunity to quickly participate in investment decisions and make an immediate impact within a fast-growing team.

The salary range for this position is $60,000–$80,000, including bonus potential. Bayview considers several factors when determining compensation, including the responsibilities of the role, relevant work experience, education and training, location, and key skills.

For this role we are looking for candidates in the Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas area.

All team members are expected to act as compelling representatives of the Company focused on delivering superior counter party service experience.

• Residential real estate, mortgage or structured product knowledge preferred but not required
• Understanding of real estate risk with ability to apply to local markets preferred but not required
• Motivated self-starter; creative problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships
• High level of integrity and sound business judgement
• Highly organized with strong time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects
• Highly communicative and responsive;
  Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, partners and vendors
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word and outlook
• Proven strategic agility and stretch; can easily assume wider and more complex tasks and initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced organization
• Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently; open to direction and collaborative work style
• Bachelor’s degree required, preference for concentration in business, finance, or STEM
• 2-5 years of investment analysis, real estate acquisitions, or engineering. Exceptional undergraduates will be considered
• Willingness to complete a DiSC personality assessment

• Real Estate License preferred but not required
