MP Materials in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a hands-on Technician, Characterization to support development of high‑performance rare earth magnets. You will run ICP‑OES, LECO CS/ONH, microscopy, XRD/XRF, and related analyses to provide critical process data.
The role requires 1+ year in a wet/analytical lab, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative Magnet Technology group. Safety and accurate reporting are essential.
