Role Summary: The Server provides timely, accurate, and friendly customer service, growing sales through repeat customers, upselling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food, processing payments, and maintaining station cleanliness.

Key Duties:

• Deliver outstanding hospitality and service
• Take and process food and beverage orders
• Accept and process payments accurately
• Complete opening, shift, and closing duties
• Deliver food and beverages promptly
• Upsell when appropriate
• Follow sanitation and safety policies
• Maintain stocked server stations
• Ensure table maintenance and cleanliness
• Assist as needed for smooth operations
• Report safety issues
• Maintain required certifications
• Adhere to company policies
• Report non-routine situations to management

Qualifications:

• Motivated with high energy

• Able to work under pressure
• Follow instructions well
• Maintain a friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of menu and signature beverages
• Respectful and able to recognize signs of intoxication
• Available for various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/carry up to 25 lbs
• Constant walking, standing, stooping, reaching
