Job Description

Cashier Responsibilities Include:

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Describe menu items and answer questions.
• Take orders and payments quickly and accurately at the counter and drive-thru.
• Work efficiently to manage long lines.
• Assist team members and serve guests as a team player.
• Hand out food orders, possibly rhyming order numbers for fun.
• Handle catering and take-out orders over the phone, ensure accuracy, accept payment, and assist with event planning.
