What You'll Be Doing

* Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items to Chick-fil-A standards

* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas

* Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures according to Texas Food Establishment Rules

* Must be able to provide proof of Food Handlers Certification or be able to obtain certification as required

* Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (fryers, grills, slicers, etc.)

* Support fellow team members during busy periods

* Manage time wisely and maintain urgency without sacrificing quality

* Restock inventory and track product levels as needed

Basic Requirements

* Must be 18 years or older

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* Able to lift and carry 10-65 lbs

* Able to work on your feet for extended periods

* Able to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment

* Authorized to work in the U.S.
