The Guest Service Department Managers responsibilities include making sure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that promotions are executed well, that service staff are trained, and that Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized;
The Kitchen Department Managers responsibilities include ensuring quality and speed of service, food safety, controlling food costs, and training kitchen staff in production procedures including new items;
The People Department Managers responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals; ensuring crew are supported and motivated
