$13.00 to $19.00 per hour

Position Summary

Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6+ months management experience. Responsible for daily operations, team development, recruiting, financial goals, and customer satisfaction. Promotes a customer-centric environment and manages store financials, asset protection, and merchandise.

This role offers hourly wages plus commissions and performance bonuses, with actual pay based on location, experience, and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a friendly, professional customer environment.
  • Train and develop staff including Pawnbrokers.
  • Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
  • Open and close the store, manage cash and inventory.
  • Manage store assets and financials.
  • Evaluate financial statements to drive profitability.
  • Maintain operational standards and asset protection.
  • Monitor loan and merchandise processes.
  • Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Leadership experience supervising others.
  • Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
  • Minimum age 18, high school diploma or GED.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Computer skills, cash handling experience, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual applicants encouraged.
Commission Plan

Potential to earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit and personal performance. Details provided during interview.
