ESCO, representing consumer package goods (CPG) and EURPAC STRATEGIC PARTNERS (ESP), focusing on the Adult Beverage industry, is seeking a part-time Base Manager at NAS JRB (Fort Worth), Texas.

The Area Manager (AM) will determine which responsibilities the Base Manager should focus on at each facility. Responsibilities can include:
SCOPE:
Managing exchange locations on specific military bases in the United States as defined by the Area Manager.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete daily tasks at Exchange locations, which may include:
- Maintaining proper call frequency
- Selling and ensuring proper shelf placement for authorized items
- Filling store shelves with back-stock when opportunities arise
- Securing display activity and building displays as needed
- Scanning stores for missing items and obtaining missing distribution
- Conducting inventory checks and writing orders for VON related items
- Meeting with store managers as scheduled
- Managing shelves effectively
Additional duties include managing facings, resets, communicating auto-replenish issues, pricing, coupons, POG compliance, checking code dates, and managing promotions and displays.
Conducting in-store demonstrations of retail package goods, including alcoholic beverages, understanding brand messaging, engaging and educating consumers, and managing setup and breakdown of demos.
The ideal candidate will have an engaging personality, demonstrate brand knowledge, work independently, and manage their schedule with flexibility. Candidates must be 21 or older.
Working conditions include:
- Lifting racks up to 100 lbs.
- Building displays with cases weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Working in freezers at 0°F
- Occasional outside sales and weekend events
Pay is $21.00 per hour for 14-18 hours per week. Availability during store hours is required. Retail or grocery experience is helpful. Access to a computer, printer, and smartphone is necessary.
Note: Candidates not currently working for a competitor will be preferred. Existing military base access is strongly preferred, as it is required for the role.
