The Archway is seeking a Full‑Time Store Associate for our resale store, Berry Good Buys.

The Berry Good Buys Store Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the Berry Good Buys resale store (from the shopping experience to receiving donations). Key responsibilities include greeting customers, completing point of sales, moving product from donation area out into the store, pricing and organizing donations in preparation to be sold and managing the donation drop‑off area. Supreme customer service is a priority at all points between interactions with customers, clients, and donors.

The specific qualifications for this role are:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1‑3 years’ retail experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be honest, trustworthy, and hardworking with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Reliable and punctual; reliable transportation to and from work.
• Sensitivity to the issue of domestic violence.
• Strong and effective customer service, ensuring that at times of frustration you maintain a calm and helpful demeanor.
