Why This Role MattersAs a Retail Zone Manager, you are the visible leader on the floor, responsible for driving sales, service, and operational excellence across your assigned zone. You keep standards high, teams focused, and customers taken care of in a fast-paced airport environment.

What You’ll Be Doing ServiceModel company service standards and professional behaviors at all times.
Resolve escalated customer and associate concerns quickly and effectively.
Train and perform all register, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
OperationsFacilitate opening and closing procedures for assigned stores or zones.
Direct merchandise replenishment, receiving, and stockroom organization.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently executed.
Coordinate team coverage and resources to maximize sales and service.
Troubleshoot basic POS and register issues and elevate as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Inspect work areas regularly and address safety hazards immediately.
Report all workplace injuries and safety concerns promptly.
Prepare for and participate in inventory counts, including high-risk items.
Support the achievement of sales goals through adherence to performance metrics.
Execute promotional programs and special events as assigned.
Communicate daily with the team to identify opportunities to drive business through people, process, or product.
Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts.
Direct, coach, and train Associates in daily responsibilities.
Foster positive working relationships within the airport community.
Monitor performance and address concerns in partnership with the AGM or GM.
Provide feedback for associate reviews and coaching conversations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED required.
Previous retail supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong customer service mindset with operational discipline.
Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and loss prevention.
Comfortable working independently and leading a team.
Reliable, professional, and trusted to represent leadership.
