A Team Sales Lead energizes the floor, coaches teammates, and makes the store feel like game day every day. You’ll drive results by setting the tone, delivering exceptional service, and supporting your fellow associates. Whether you lead by example on the floor, coach new hires, or manage visual standards and daily priorities, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the store running smoothly and looking sharp.

• Shift management and staffing: lead others.
• Customer service: ensure the customer remains the top priority.
• Delivery results: inventory control and selling strategies.
• Merchandising: meet Rally House visual standards; floor moves, organization, game‑planning and execution.

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of retail experience; training and coaching experience preferred.
• Availability to work 10‑20 hours per week with flexible daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events.
• Strong long‑term commitment to store leadership and career advancement.

Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.

$14.00 – $16.00 hourly.
