Operations Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate supports day to day store operations including receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining stockroom organization, executing inventory activities, and assisting the sales floor as needed. This non selling role is adaptable and may be full time or part time based on business needs and candidate availability.

• Process freight and handle markups markdowns and tagging to meet units per hour goals
• Inspect deliveries for damage verify packaging and ensure proper sensor and tag placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and manage replenishment activities
• Handle ship to home orders and store to store transfers
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels per company guidelines
• Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery
• Greet and assist customers and process sales transactions when on the sales floor
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training and company initiatives

• Back of house or similar high volume retail experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel
• Ability to follow company guidelines for inventory tagging and processing
• Detail oriented with ability to maintain organized stockroom and accurate inventory counts
• Customer focused with ability to balance operational tasks and customer experience
